Return & Exchange Policy

At Shaira, we want you to feel confident with every sparkle you wear. While we check each piece carefully before dispatch, if something’s not right — we’ll fix it.

🔁 Returns (Within 5 Days)

You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, in original condition and packaging
  • You received a damaged, defective or incorrect item

Return requests will be processed at the order level only, not for individual items from a combo.

🔄 Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for the same or another product of equal value (based on availability). 

🎥 Unboxing Video Required

For damaged/defective items/incomplete/wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the unboxing video of the product received

    Please send a clear 360° unboxing video showing the issue and intact packaging.

    🚚 Return Shipping

    • We’ll arrange a pickup from the original delivery address
    • In rare cases, you may be asked to self-ship
    • We reimburse up to ₹70 for self-shipping (if applicable)

    💸 Refunds

    • Refunds are issued within 7 days after product inspection
    • Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method
    • COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer

    🚫 What Can’t Be Returned

    • Used or worn products
    • Earrings (hygiene reasons)
    • Sale items
    • Gifts or promotional/free items

    📦 Missing Items / Deductions

    If your return is incomplete (e.g., missing item from a combo or gift), the MRP of the missing piece will be deducted from the refund.
