We take pride in crafting jewellery that meets the highest standards of quality. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return 

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. You can initiate a return request  by sending us email to share@shaira.in 


Exchanges

If your order is defective, damaged, or doesn't suit you, we offer an exchange for the same or any other item from our store. This exchange policy is also valid for 7 days from delivery.

The time for an exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

 

 

Return Shipping

We will arrange return pickup from the original delivery address.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, items must be unused, in original packaging, and include any freebies received.

 

 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned goods in our warehouse. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you and proceed with the refund:

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery Orders: Bank details will be requested, and the refund will be transferred to your account.


Refunds for prepaid orders via UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking are processed within 3–5 working days.
Note: Shipping of Cash-on-Delivery charges are non-refundable.

 


Important Notes

For defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a 360-degree unboxing video as proof.

1. Upload images and unboxing video via the 'Return' option in the ‘My Orders’ section.


2. Ensure clarity and focus on the defective/damaged part.


3. Include video evidence of all labels and tags intact.


4. Incomplete evidence or tampered packaging may result in claim rejection.

 

If you face any technical difficulties, please reach out through the support portal. Complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be considered.

Returns and exchanges are processed at the order level only, not by individual product.

For missing items in returned packages, the company reserves the right to deduct the full MRP of missing products (including promotional/free gifts) from the refund.

After placing a return request, please be available for the pickup. Missed pickups may cause delays and require rescheduling.

Some areas may not be serviceable for reverse pickup. In such cases, you may need to send the return via India Post or another courier, and up to Rs. 70 will be reimbursed.

If return shipping charges exceed Rs. 70, the excess will be adjusted against your refund.

Individual items from combo/gift sets cannot be returned or replaced.

Items purchased during promotional sales, contests, or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
