At Shaira, we’re committed to delivering your jewelry safely, promptly, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping terms below to understand how and when you’ll receive your order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.
  • During peak seasons, festivals, or product launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Once dispatched, delivery within India typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Tier-1 cities may receive orders faster, while remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take longer.

3. Shipping Partners

We ship via trusted logistics partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, and others to ensure timely and secure delivery.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: ₹0 (Free Shipping across India)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹50 COD Fee (where available)

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking link and details. You can also track your order under the “My Orders” section of your Shaira account.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
  • If the package is undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, it may be returned to us. We will contact you for reshipment (additional charges may apply).

7. Delays and Exceptions

We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, public holidays, or courier service disruptions. However, we will do our best to keep you informed and help resolve the issue.

8. Packaging

All Shaira pieces are carefully packed in protective, eco-friendly, and brand-authentic packaging to ensure they reach you damage-free and beautifully presented.

9. International Shipping
